Survived the 1st Month!

No one ever tells you what life will be like with a new baby. It isn't pretty people!  Imagine this: You're more tired than you've ever been in your life yet are somehow still functioning.  You now get to wear all types of body fluids such as poop, spit up, breast milk on a daily basis, but the thought of taking a shower is daunting because you then have to decide what to wear and dry your hair.  And your life turns into a 24-7 every 3-4 hour schedule with feedings, pumping, changing diapers, washing bottles and clothes, etc. No wonder new moms feel so overwhelmed!
BUT you do it all anyways because of the love you feel for such a little person. And when they look up at you and make such sweet faces its all worth it!  Plus I'll have to admit it feels like such an accomplishment when you're baby now weighs 8lbs 10 oz and grew to 20 inches in two weeks time because I can say, "I did that!"  I'm the reason that's happened!"  Abby has been such a great baby, and despite everything we've decided she's a keeper! :)

  3 Weeks

You met your cousin Triston.

We went on our first walk around the neighborhood as a family.

Aunt Courtney and Nana Debbie came to see you and brought you wonderful gifts!

Nana came and stayed the weekend
